An upgrade to the fitout of this 250sqm office suite was completed to refresh the space for new incoming tenants.
An adaptive conversion in Sydney’s greater CBD
This aged building located south of the CBD is one of Chippendale's finest warehouse conversions for an evolving creative scene. The printing factory, originally built in 1765, was converted into 6 stylish office spaces on the first and second floor, to fit in with the surrounding stage of old made new cafés, eateries and galleries.
New build
A newly built construction from the ground up, with large courtyards and a gorgeous common area, multiple lifts, entry lobby, high security access control system and an underground car park.
Retail Hub and Apartments
Located in the core of Surry Hills, this retail hub and residential complete comprises of large retail tenancies across the Foveaux Street frontage, and 53 apartments. This newly built construction also included multiple lifts, lobbies and common areas.
